Corby Town FC Statement

Following the untimely death of the club's Chairman, Peter Mallinger, the Directors felt it important to meet urgently to consider the issues which the club needs to address to maintain our current status and to continue to promote the legacy Peter has left us.

Many issues were discussed and as a result it is likely new faces will be coming on board who will bring skills , help and enthusiasm to the task ahead.

The Directors are clear that there is an exciting future for the club although a number of short term issues will need to be addressed. A further meeting is to be held next week and we will also be arranging a fans forum in the near future.

We will need the support of all our loyal fans and the people of Corby at what is a difficult time and we will endeavour to keep everyone concerned of the clubs progress as soon as possible.
